Open LA21 Module System (CLINILOG Ver.3)
What is CLINILOG?
 CLINILOG means "Logistics for Clinical Laboratory". CLINILOG
is not only a transportation system but an intelligence system that transports
property information such as Patient ID, Order information, Previous Value
and so on to analyzers or the host computer with samples.
CLINILOG:
"Integrates" - integrated system of Online Testing and Offline Aliquot,
"Customizes" - optimizing the size and system for your laboratory, and
"Reduces Cost" - ROI performance is one of its goals.

Key Technology of LAS
VML (Virtual Multi-Line)
The Virtual Multi-Line consists of a single line but attains the throughput
or function that requires multiple lines. It can be realized based only
upon the system that controls the whole transporting system and with effective
functions of transporting variation such as Bypass, Jump-Over or Reverse.

The VML can cut space and cost. Moreover, it reduces the dead volume of
each sampling resulting in used sample volume reduction since many assays
can be measured from a single cup.
Real-Time Rerun
Real-time rerun function is unavailable on many chemistry analyzers. CLINILOG
realizes this function by setting a buffering unit with reverse transporting
function so that in case of a rerun, the sample is retrieved from the stockyard
at the end of the line and retested in real time.
CLINILOG and Chemistry Analyzer
The single-multi chemistry analyzer is superior in terms of flexible reagent
application and 24h stand-by STAT testing. However, its throughput is lower
and loss of throughput might require the cost of additional instrument.
The CLINILOG distributes samples to equalize the work load on each analyzer
and attains the best throughput at all times. |
